Frances (Serba) Fiola, 64, of Lawton St., Fall River, died Friday, September 21, 2007.
A lifelong resident of Fall River, she was a former employee of Reliable Sportswear.
She was the mother of Margaret Miranda and Christine Fiola; the grandmother of Dylan Miranda and the beloved friend of Thomas Kurbiec, all of Fall River; the former wife of the late Normand "Babe" Fiola; the daughter of the late Stanley and Margaret (Sweeney) Serba and the sister of the late Eileen Levesque, Barbara Franklin and Joseph Bazinet.
Her funeral will be held Monday at 8:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in St. Mary Cathedral at 9:00 AM. Cremation to follow.
Visitation, Sunday 4:00 to 8:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home. Please omit flowers. Donations for Melanoma Research may be made to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, 320 Brookline Ave., Boston MA 02215.
