Florence L. (Archambault) Rebello, 88, of 100 Amity St., formerly of Beacon St., Fall River, died Tuesday, June 17, 2008. She was the widow of the late Frank S. Rebello. Mrs. Rebello co-owned and operated Flo's Variety Store with her late husband. She was also employed by Sagamore Shirt Co. and Globe Assembly Candy, retiring in 1975. She was a member of the former St. Louis Church and Womens Guild and a former member of the Portuguese American War Veterans. She enjoyed playing cards, bingo, dancing, and camping. She leaves children, Suzanne "Sue" Souza Gosson (late husband Thomas) of Swansea, Nancy H. Strickland and her husband Alan of Fall River, Dennis F. Rebello of Warwick and James H. Rebello and his wife Joanne of Westport; 11 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, sisters, Theresa Fernandes and Patricia Cunha, both of N. Dartmouth and many nieces and nephews. She was the daughter of the late Delphis and Laura (Simonin) Archambault and the sister of the late Rose, Henry, Armand, Delphis and Donald Archambault and Loretta Woelkers, Lorraine Souza, Anita Sardinta, Jeanne Taylor, Her funeral will be held Friday at 10:45 a.m. from AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in St. George Church at 12:00 noon. Burial, Mass. National Cemetery, Bourne, Visitation, Thursday from 5 to 8 PM.
