Eveline (Gauthier) Charest

Eveline (Gauthier) Charest, 85, of Fall River, widow of Raymond D. Charest, died Friday, May 11, 2012. A hairdresser, she was also employed by the Coachmen Restaurant, Ann & Hope and the Swansea School Lunch Program, and operated Cellar Ceramics. A lover of animals, she also enjoyed ballroom dancing and painting. She leaves 4 children, Madeleine Lopes (husband Russell), Rachelle Casper (husband Kenneth), Michael Charest (wife Gail) and Paul Charest (wife Susan); grandchildren Melissa Lynch, Angela Glisson, Kyle Casper, and Michael, Matthew and Jessica Charest; great-grandchildren; a sister, Theresa Cloutier; nieces, nephews and her cat "Puffy". She was the daughter of the late Louis and Marie Ange (Charest) Gauthier and the dear friend of the late Antonio Martins and Milton DeMoranville. Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 9:30 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in Holy Trinity Church at 10:30 AM. Cremation to follow.
