Eugene L. Boisselle

Eugene L. Boisselle, 88, husband of Adrienne (Ledoux) Boisselle, of North St., Somerset, died Saturday, November 12, 2011. A 1940 graduate of BMC Durfee High School, he was employed by Davis Screen and the US Postal Service for many years. An Army veteran of WW II, he served in Rhineland, Ardennes and Central Europe under General George S. Patton, Jr. He enjoyed gardening and was an avid sports fan, and especially enjoyed watching his grandchildren play sports. Besides his wife of 65 years, he leaves 2 children, Ronald M. Boisselle and his wife Linda of Somerset, and Jacqueline LeBert of North Ft. Myers, FL; grandchildren, Johanna Holmes (husband Brian), Chad Boisselle (wife Ashley), Renee LeBert-Sousa (husband David), Noelle LeBert, and Ross Boisselle; a sister, Janice Benoit of GA; and nieces and nephews. He was the son of the late Joseph and Margaret (Roberts) Boisselle; and the brother of the late Cyril and Lewis Boisselle, Marie Boucher, Claire Caron and Cecile Hurley. His funeral will be held Wednesday at 10:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in St. Patrick Church, Somerset, at 11:00 AM. Cremation to follow. Visitation, Wednesday morning prior to the funeral from 9:00 to 10:00 AM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
