Emilia (Francoeur) Charette

Emilia (Francoeur) Charette, 95, of Wilbur Ave., Somerset, formerly of Whalon Ave., Swansea, widow of Albert L. Charette, died Saturday, July 26, 2008. Born in Fall River, she enjoyed painting, crocheting and bingo and was employed by the former Fayette Sportswear. She leaves 4 children, Rose Correira and her husband Arthur and Irene Talbot, all of Ellenton, FL, Cecile Turriani of Swansea and Robert Charette and his wife Paula of Fall River; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters, Therese Paul of Little Compton, Cecile Trial of Westport and Jeanne Michaud of Rocky Hill, CT and nieces and nephews. She was the daughter of the late Alberic and Rose Delima (Ferron) Francoeur and the sister of the late Marie Anne Ferris and Raymond, Ferdinand, Gerard, Donat, Albert and Aime Francoeur. Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 10:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in Immaculate Conception Church at 11:00 AM. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation, Tuesday 5:00 to 8:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
