Elizabeth "Betty" (Maxwell) Campbell, 80, of Enon, Ohio, formerly of Fall River, widow of Marvin Campbell, passed away peacefully in the company of her family and friends. Monday, March 19, 2012. Betty had a heart of gold and was loved by everybody who knew her. She had a timeless and unique spirit which even now can still be felt. Betty took great pride in her family, teaching her children and grandchildren to never lose sight of how important family was. She leaves 2 children, Beth Ann Campbell, and Marvin Campbell and his wife Debora, all of Enon; grandchildren, Shawn Barker (Erika), Bryan Barker (Rachel), Timothy Barker (Emily), Adam Campbell, James Campbrill, Bobbi Jo Caylor (Chris), Laura Snyder (Jon); great-grandchildren, Tristin and Carson Campbrill, Jayden Lyons, and Lilly Barker; nieces Beverly Howe, Dorothea Anderson and Phyllis Kelly; a nephew, Richard Kelly; and special friends, Mary and George Potter, Mary Ellen Potter, and Evelyn Sanders. She was the mother of the late Kathleen Campbell; the daughter of the late George and Mary (Coonan) Maxwell; and the sister of the late Constance Dion, Dorothea Kelly and Eleanor Qualls. Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 9:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in St. Mary Cathedral at 10:00 AM. Burial, St. Patrick Cemetery. Visitation Monday 5:00 to 7:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
