Efrain Blanco Vega

Efrain Blanco Vega, 77, of Fall River, passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2023.

He was born in Barranquitas, Puerto Rico and was the son of the late Celio Blanco and Modesta Vega.

Efrain was employed in the railway industry and had also worked for Ford Motor Company and most recently at First Taunton Group.

He loved to play the guitar and many years ago was in a band with his siblings.

He leaves his wife, Minerva (Perez) Blanco; four children, Efrain Blanco of Cleveland, Ohio, Eliezer Quinones (girlfriend Kelly O’Brien) of Fall River, Eliezer Quinones (husband Jose) of Fall River Michelle Quinones (Jose Quonones) of Fall River, and Glendaliz Blanco (boyfriend Elias Gouveia) of Fall River; five grandchildren, Elijah Blanco, Eliezer Quinones, Jr., Zachary Fournier, Andrew Quinones and Nicholas Fournier; several siblings from Puerto Rico and nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Saturday, July 1, from 3:00 P.M to 6:00 P.M. at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main St. Fall River.  There will be a short funeral service during the visitation at 4:00 P.M.
