Edward R. Mendonca

Edward R. Mendonca, 64, of Fall River, husband of Paulette, passed away Wednesday May 16, 2018.

He was a laborer for construction companies. He loved Elvis, fishing and going on vacation. He cherished time spent with family, especially his grandchildren.

Besides his wife of 37 years, he leaves his father Edward Mendonca; a brother, Kenneth Mendonca and his wife Geraldine of Plymouth; a step-sister, Deborah Curtis of Fall River; a step-daughter, Tracy Dechaine of Fall River; two grandsons, Mitchell Mercure and his wife Alissa of Fall River and Dayne Bourget and his wife Leslie of Fall River; a great grandson, Mason Bourget and one on the way; and many nieces, nephews and an aunt. He was the son of the late Mary (Pacheco) Moniz.

His funeral will be held Monday at 9:00 AM from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at St. Joseph Church, North Main St., at 10:00 AM. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery.
