Edward L. Bouchard

Edward L. Bouchard, 81, of Pine St., Fall River, formerly of Smithies St., husband of the late Theresa (Longchamps) Bouchard, died Thursday, December 10, 2009. He was employed by the Fall River Electric Light Co. FRELCO-Eastern Edison. A member of the St. Vincent de Paul Society and the Knights of Columbus of Notre Dame Parish, he enjoyed camping and bingo. He leaves 3 sons, Robert Bouchard of Fall River and his children Ashley Waters and Stephanie and Lyle Bouchard: Michael Bouchard of Florida and his children, Christopher and Michael Bouchard and Angela Amaral; and David Bouchard and his wife Mary of Fall River and their children Jennifer Leroux and Sarah Bouchard who were loving caregivers to their grandfather; 10 great-grandchildren; siblings, Germaine Petit, Juliette Cadrin, Louise Slean, and George and Arthur Bouchard, all of Fall River, Pauline Chretien of Little Compton, Philip Bouchard of Florida and Cecile Ponte of Tiverton and nieces and nephews. He was the son of the late Alfred and Beatrice (Ross) Bouchard and the brother of the late Beatrice Madore and Paul, Alfred, Henry and Dianne Bouchard. His funeral will be held Monday, December 14, 2009 from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at Notre Dame Church at 10:00 am. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation, Sunday 3:00 to 7:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home. Please omit flowers.
