Edith "Edie" (Elias) Carvalho, 86, of Shove St., Fall River, wife of the late Edward Carvalho, died Saturday, March 16, 2013. A dedicated homemaker, she enjoyed Word Search. She leaves 5 children, Nancy Carvalho, Bruce Carvalho (Norma) and Lori Medeiros (James Feirick), all of Fall River, Donna Cusick (Scott) of Seekonk and Brenda Riley (James) of South Dartmouth; grandchildren, Jodi Lachance, Bruce Carvalho, Jr. (Elsa), John Medeiros, Jr., Melissa Stannard (Johnathan), Jared Cusick, Tyler Feirick and Alyssa Feirick; great-grandchildren, Kyra Jade Stannard, Skyler and Jeremy Mathias and Gigi Gramolini; a sister, Alma Richardson of California and nieces and nephews. She was the daughter of the late Philip and Maria (Ferreira) Elias and the sister of the late Antone and Philip Elias. Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 8:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral service in Calvary Temple Assembly of God, 4321 No. Main St., Fall River at 9:00 AM. Burial, Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation, Tuesday 5:00 to 8:00 PM.
