Duane A. "Bam Bam" Baker

Duane A. "Bam Bam" Baker, 43, of Massasoit St., Fall River, formerly of Hillside Manor and Pitman St., died Tuesday, May 22, 2007. He was the former husband of Michelle (Sampson) Baker Pavao. A lifelong resident of Fall River, he was the son of Catherine (Khoury) Baker of Fall River and the late Merrill "Sonny" Baker and the stepson of the late Omer "Pete" Guimar. He was a Durfee High School graduate. Besides his mother and former wife he is survived by 3 sons, Dustin, Drew and Daylan Baker, all of Berkley; 2 brothers, Douglas A. Baker of Wareham and Derek A. Baker of Fall River; 4 sisters, Debra A. Pruett of East Providence, RI, Denise A. Chabot and Dawn A. Dailey, both of Fall River and Donnetta A. Soares of Bristol, RI; 5 stepsisters, Carol Marshall of Cape Coral, Florida, Francine Bouchard of Swansea, Patricia Mello of Warren and Nancy Guimar and Barbara Laferriere, both of Fall River; 2 stepbrothers, Steve Guimar and Gary Guimar, both of Fall River and aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held Saturday at 9:00 AM in the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation, Friday 4:00 to 8:00 PM.
