Dorothy (Costa) Lenihan

Dorothy (Costa) Lenihan, 80, of Swansea, widow of Michael J. Lenihan, died Wednesday, April 27, 2016. She had been employed as a census taker by R. L. Polk and Co. She enjoyed vacationing in Ireland and cruising. Survivors include two children, David Souza (wife Jodi) of Swansea and Jeffrey Souza of Fall River; a stepdaughter, Sheila Lenihan of Plymouth; ten grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, John Souza, her parents, Manuel and Mary Costa and many siblings. Funeral Saturday at 8:00 a.m. from Auclair Funeral Home, 690 S.Main St. Fall River with a funeral mass in Good Shepherd Church, at 9:00 a.m. Entombment, Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Large parking area & barrier-free entrance at the rear of funeral home.
