Dorothy E. "Dot" (Griffault) Durfee, 95, of Bristol, RI, formerly of Tiverton, widow of Ernest Durfee, Sr., entered into rest, Saturday, September 12, 2015. A graduate of Fall River's BMC Durfee High School, Class of 1938, she was a dedicated homemaker. She was the mother of Donald Durfee (wife Clara) of Bristol and Donna Makuch (husband Ted), Paula Wiley husband Gerry), Ernie Durfee, Jr. and Marguerite Pelletier (husband David, all of Fall River, the grandmother of Kristin Martin (John), Daniel, Dustin, Jarod and Jenna Durfee, Jodi Aspinwall (Todd), Greg Wiley (Kristen, Megan Proulx (Ricky), Nicole Pelletier (Jennifer) David Pelletier and the late Jonathan Durfee and the great-grandmother of Dylan, Camden, Kaleb, Mia, Landon, Autumn and Trent. Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at St. Theresa Church, Tiverton, at 10:00 a.m. Interment, St. Patrick Cemetery, Fall River. Visitation, Monday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Large parking area & barrier-free entrance at the rear of funeral home.
