Doris B. (Roy) Pelletier

Doris B. (Roy) Pelletier, 96, of Fall River, widow of George E. Pelletier, passed away on Friday, March 5, 2021 at St. Anne's Hospital.

Doris was a bookkeeper for many years at National Glass Company, which her husband George owned.

A faithful Catholic, she was a member of the former Saint Anne’s Church.  She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and served as President of St. Catherine’s Fundraising Group.

She was the aunt of late Claire (Charette) Carreiro (husband Edward Carreiro) and their children: Karen Corga (husband  Dinis) and Michael Carreiro (partner Diogo); and great-great aunt to Antonio Corga.

She was the daughter of the late Wilfred A. and Melina (Maher) Roy and the sister of the late Lorraine J. Charette.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at 11:00 AM in St. Joseph's Church, 1335 No. Main St., Fall River.  Burial will be private.
