Doris C. (Paquette) Forcier

Doris C. (Paquette) Forcier,96, of Fall River, wife of the late Sir Robert E. Forcier, passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2022.  She was the daughter of the late Edgar Paquette and the late Roseanna (Emond) Paquette.

She retired from Raytheon in Portsmouth RI and worked for various textile corporations in Fall River including Fair Hope Fabrics, Providence Pile, Quaker Fabrics and Joan Fabrics.

Doris was a well accomplished Ceramist.  She owned Doris' Ceramics for over 60 year and   was especially known for her beautiful Ceramic Christmas Trees.

She leaves three daughters, Janet Scanlon (husband late Michael), Michelle Cummings and Julie Grace (husband late Richard); seven grandchildren, Jennifer Teixeira, Matthew Cummings (wife Kristen), Joy Aguiar (husband Jamie), Keith and Brian Scanlon, Richard Grace (wife Julia) and Corey Grace (wife Nicole);

Ten great-grandchildren, Kraig Teixeira, Katelyn and Ian Cummings, Ashton Aguiar, Hailey and Tristan Scanlon, Connor, Lauren and Taylor Grace, Aaliyah Dias.

She leaves her sister, Cecile Laflamme, and was predeceased by siblings, Helen Dragon, Roland Paquette, and Normand Paquette.

She also leaves nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation   Sunday, Nov. 20, from 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. at Auclair Funeral Home, 690 S.Main St. Fall River.

Her funeral will be held Monday at 11:00 A.M. from the funeral home with a Funeral Mass at Holy Trinity Church, at 12:00 NOON. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery.
