Donnell L. Hunt

Donnell L. Hunt, 45, of New Bedford, husband of LeeAnn (McKissack) Hunt, died on January 27, 2012 at St. Luke's Hospital in New Bedford after an illness. Born in Boston on September 16, 1966, he was the son of Zellatta Mae Hunt of Shelby, North Carolina and the late Robert Jones. Prior to his illness, Mr. Hunt was employed as a certified nurse's aide in the nursing home industry. He enjoyed playing poker and chess. Besides his wife of 16 years, and his mother, he leaves behind three children, his twin boys, Tremayne McKissack and Terrill McKissack (companion Catrina Forsythe) and his daughter, Camilya McKissack, all of New Bedford; a grandson, Ta-Rey McKissack, a granddaughter, Jayla Sylvia; his twin brother, Donald Hunt and Darrell Hunt and Damien Hunt, all of Boston. Private arrangements are entrusted to Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St. Fall River.
