Donna M. (O'Brien) Lynch

Donna M. (O'Brien) Lynch, 51, of Fall River, formerly of Newport, wife of Jerry Lynch, died Friday, June 15, 2012 following a long battle with Leukemia. Formerly employed at the Surface Warfare Officer's School, (SWOS) Newport, she will surely be missed by all her friends and her family who are grateful to everyone for their thoughts and prayers. Besides her husband of 35 years, she leaves 2 beautiful children, Jerry Lynch, Jr. and Jenna M. Henry and her husband David G., all of Fall River; her precious grandson Davey, Jr.; brothers, Earl Shedlock and his wife Susan of New Hampshire, formerly of Newport, Paul F. Shedlock of Bridgewater, MA, and Richard O'Brien of Newport; and nieces and nephews. She was the daughter of the late James F. and Beatrice "Bea" (Choiniere) O'Brien; and the sister of the late John Shedlock and Tina Hart. Donations, in lieu of flowers, to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 1210 Pontiac Ave., Cranston RI 02920 appreciated, or consider making a personal bone marrow donation, so others may have the chance to a longer life.
