Donna-Lee Glass

Donna-Lee Glass, 53, of Fish Road, Tiverton, died Wednesday, November 1, 2006 at the Quincy Medical Center, Quincy, Massachusetts, after a long illness. Born in Long Island, New York, she was the daughter of Elizabeth (Hauck) Glass of Tiverton and the late Marvin L. Glass. In her childhood years, Ms. Glass lived in New York. She also lived in New Jersey for 3 years before moving to Tiverton in 1970. She was employed by St. Paul Travelers Citigroup, formerly Aetna Life & Casualty, for 35 years, form 1971 to present, in data processing and arbitration. She also worked part-time at Southpointe Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Fall River as a receptionist. Donna was a member of Holy Ghost Parish, Tiverton. She was a 1971 graduate of Tiverton High School and a 1990 graduate of Bristol Community College. She then attended Roger Williams University, Bristol, RI, earning a bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in 1994. Her hobbies included sewing and spending time with her beagle, Lilly. Besides her mother, she is survived by a brother, Richard L. Glass and his wife Pamela Anne of Dartmouth; a sister, Deborah Ann Padula and her husband Domenic of Dartmouth; a brother-in-law, Charles R. Lapre, of Tiverton A niece, Liz Wood, 4 nephews, James R. Lapre, William L. Glass, John R. Glass and Christopher L. Bullivant; Great nieces and nephews, Timothy and Adam Perry, Alyssa Glass, Kaleb and Kallie Mello. Her funeral will be held Monday at 9 AM from AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 S. Main St. Fall River, with a funeral mass in Holy Ghost Church, Judson St. Tiverton, at 10 AM Burial, Pocasset Hill Cemetery. Calling Hours Saturday from 5 to 8 PM and Sunday from 1 to 3 and 5 to 8 PM. Large parking area and barrier-free entrance to rear of funeral home.
