Donald Arsenault

Donald Arsenault, 72, of Fall River, husband of Carol A. (Wilkinson) Arsenault, died Sunday, September 6, 2015. An Army veteran of the Vietnam War, he was employed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and was a member of AMVETS, the Vietnam Veterans Association, the Knights of Columbus and the Massachusetts Highway Board. A past president of St. Anne Fraternity and Pitch League member, he enjoyed playing cards and cribbage. Besides his wife of 52 years he leaves four children, Cari-Ann Verge and her husband Steven of Mansfield, MA, Lori Bernardo and her husband Michael of Taunton, MA, Dani Wiley and her husband Christopher of Charlotte, NC and David Arsenault of Fall River, MA; grandchildren, Allison and Emily Verge and Brady and Abby Wiley and several nieces and nephews. He was the son of the late Roland and Rita (Boyer) Arsenault and the brother of the late Roger Arsenault and Pauline Proulx. His funeral will be held Friday, September 11 at 9:00 a.m. from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at Holy Trinity Church at 10:00 a.m. Burial, Newport Memorial Park, Middletown, RI. Visitation, Thursday, September 10, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Large parking area & barrier-free entrance at the rear of funeral home.
