Dominick J. Maxwell, Jr.

Dominick J. Maxwell, Jr., 80, of Somerset, formerly of Oak St., Fall River, entered into rest Monday, July 4, 2016.

He was employed by the Fall River Board of Elections, an election supervisor, a member of the Retired State, County and Municipal Employees Association and a Fourth Degree member of the Knights of Columbus. He served in the Army primarily as a pharmacist mate and was part of the rescue unit at the Wildwood Station in Alaska.

He leaves a sister, Geneva V. Silvia (late husband Alfred Silvia, Jr.) of Somerset; a nephew, Christopher A. Silvia and his wife Jessica of Bristol, RI and great-nephew and niece, Nathan and Bailey Silvia. He was the son of the late Dominic J. and L. Geneva (Mulcahy) Maxwell.

Special thanks to the Catholic Memorial Home for five years of wonderful care and to Country Gardens Nursing and Rehabilitation Nursing Center for their excellent care for the past seven months.
