Del (Labrecque) Mello, 100, of Fall River, passed away on Sunday, April 28, 2024.
She was the wife of the late Thomas E. Mello.
Born in Fall River, Del was the daughter of the late Ernest and Martina (St. Pierre) Labrecque.
Del was employed as a cafeteria waitress for Anderson Little for many years and also worked at U.S. Records.
Del took part in volksmarching, in which she won over 100 medals. She enjoyed reading, cooking, and crocheting.
She is survived by her sons, Paul Deveau (wife Christine), and Dennis Deveau (wife Linda); 11 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
Del was the mother of the late Roger Deveau (wife Jeanine) and the sister of the late Joseph Labrecque, Jeannette Paquette, and Aime Labrecque.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 8 from 9:00 A.M. to 10:15 A.M. with a Funeral Service at 10:15 A.M., at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main St.
Burial to follow Notre Dame Cemetery.
