David Copeland, 47, of Swansea, husband of Kim (Moreau) Copeland, died Saturday, May 24, 2008.
Besides his wife, Kim, of 24 years, he leaves his children, Zachery and Lauren; parents, Pauline (Duperre) Copeland "Dennis McGee" of Somerset, William Copeland, Jr. and stepmother Laudalina of Tiverton; siblings, Karen Lizotte Copeland "Joey Costa" of Somerset, Lori-Ann (Copeland) Lesieur "John" of Tiverton and Christopher Copeland "Tiffany" of Washington; mother-in-law Dorothy (Cabeceiras) Moreau of Swansea; very dear friends and spiritual mentors, Pastors Tony and Carol Saraiva and Pastor Robert and Diane Bernier; and numerous family, friends, and relatives.
David, an army veteran, was a member and sound technician for Christian Life Church, Rehoboth. He enjoyed playing pool, fishing, camping, cooking and gardening. Riding his motorcycle and spending time with his wife and children were his passions.
His funeral will be held Thursday at 8:30 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River. Following will be a celebration of David's life at Christian Life Church, 222 Plain St., Rehoboth at 10:00. Visitation, Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM in the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River. LARGE PARKING AREA AND BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home. Please do not send flowers to the family.
