David P. Branco

November 13, 1946 — January 30, 2024

Dartmouth

David P. Branco, 77, of Dartmouth, formerly of Westport, and owner of Branco-Gardner Insurance which he established nearly 40 years ago, passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2023, at home with his family by his side.

He was the husband of Nancy C. (Barnaby) Branco.

He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War.

He graduated from Westport High School and Southern Massachusetts University.

When not working you could find him on the golf course and enjoying the warm weather in Florida.

Besides his wife of 55 years, he leaves a daughter Laura Slomba and her children Aimee and Alex Slomba of Easton; a son, Adam Branco, his wife Jennifer and their children Emma and Leah Branco of Westport and Joey Desrosiers of North Providence;

and brothers, James Branco and his wife Mickie of Florida, and Kenneth Branco and his wife Amy of Westport and was the brother of the late Michael Branco (wife Gina of Florida). David also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.

He was the son of the late Serafine and Katherine (Walker) Branco.

A visitation will be held Friday, Feb. 2, from 4:00 P.M to 7:00 P.M. and Saturday Feb 3, from 9:00-10:00 A.M. at Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So.Main St.Fall River.

Burial following at Notre Dame Cemetery.
