David W. Braga

David W. Braga, 50, of Dwelly St., Fall River, died Wednesday, September 28, 2011. A Diman Regional Vocational High School graduate and member of the former Polish Home, he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, especially walks to the waterfront, and camping, canoeing, fishing, cycling, and hiking. He was the beloved son of Marguerite "Marge" (Polak) Braga of Fall River and the late William Braga; the father of Chad W. Braga (Christine) and Craig K. Braga (Kelsey), all of Fall River; the grandfather of Austin, Ashlyn, and Leah Braga; the brother of Michael Braga of Milton, MA, and Stephen C. Braga, Sr. (Melissa) of Somerset; the uncle of Jennifer, Stephen, Matthew and Jason Braga; and the former husband of Cheri (Cormier) DeForitis of Tiverton. A funeral service will be held Saturday, October 8, in the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, at 12:00 NOON. Cremation to follow.
