Darrell J. Fournier, Sr.

Darrell J. Fournier, Sr., 58, of Fall River, husband of Julie Ann (Hall) Fournier, passed away, Friday, March 4, 2016. He was employed by Tillitson Rubber Co. for over 20 years, retiring early due to injury. He enjoyed sports and was an avid Patriots fan. He also enjoyed baseball, bowling, camping, scuba diving and fishing in his younger years. Besides his wife of 38 years, he leaves three sons, Darrell J. Fournier, Jr. and his wife Andrea of Westport, MA, Brandon Fournier and his wife Samantha of Freetown, MA and Kyle Fournier of San Diego, CA; three grandchildren, Aydan, Bryson and Evelyn Fournier; siblings, Joseph P. Fournier and his wife Gerri of Somerset, Deborah Belshaw of Fall River and Sandy DiSano and her husband James of Swansea; and nieces and nephews. He was the son of the late Joseph and Rita (Martin) Fournier. His funeral will be held Thursday at 8:45 a.m. from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, 1956 Main Rd., Tiverton at 10:00 a.m. Visitation, Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Large parking area & barrier-free entrance at the rear of funeral home.
