Cynthia Ann Ritz

Cynthia Ann (Rego) Ritz, 59, passed away on December 12,2024. She is remembered as a vibrant spirit who loved the simple pleasures of life. 

With a passion for gaming, Cynthia spent countless hours playing games on her phone, a testament to her playful nature. She cherished the time spent with her family and found immense joy in her dog, Rocky, who provided her with companionship and happiness.

Cynthia had a warm personality that drew friends and family together. She was known for her social nature and often embraced opportunities to engage with others. One of her favorite pastimes was going out for breakfast, where she enjoyed both the food and the conversations that accompanied it. These moments highlighted her love for connection and community.

Cynthia is survived by her devoted boyfriend, Charles F. King; her daughter, Jennifer Ritz; her siblings, Joseph C. (wife Amy) Rego III, Richard B. (wife Renee) Rego, and Rebecca (husband Kris) Menchaca, and many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her father, Joseph C. Rego II, and stepfather, Jay Morrissette, Sr.

Cynthia was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Pauline (Brunette) Morrissette, and her brother, Jay Morrissette, Jr. 

Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 18, from 5:00PM to 7:00PM at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 S. Main St., Fall River.

The loss of Cynthia leaves a void in the hearts of all who knew her, but her spirit lives on in the memories shared by her family and friends. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for the joy she brought to those around her.
