Corinne C. (Ouellette) Levitre

Corinne C. (Ouellette) Levitre, 98, of Somerset, had been a lifelong resident of Fall River. Corinne was the devoted wife of the late Raymond Levitre and joined him in eternal rest on Monday, May 23, 2016. A devoted daughter, wife, mother, sister and friend, she was educated in the convent schools of Canada and Jesus Marie Academy, Fall River. She was employed by Charlton Memorial Hospital and was an active member of the former St. Roch and Sacred Heart parishes. She leaves two daughters, Christine Levitre of Rowe, MA and Therese Lowney and her husband Dr. John Lowney of Warwick, RI; granddaughters, Suzanne Lowney Marrero and her husband Christopher and Julie Rose Lowney Tipton; great-granddaughters, Charlotte and Iris and nieces and nephews. She was the daughter of the late David and Rose (Caron) Ouellette and the sister of the late Theresa Morneau, Estelle MacLean, Concorde Corr, Jacqueline Vandal Remy, Raymond Ouellette and Edward Ouellette. Her funeral will be held Thursday at 9:00 a.m. from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at Holy Name Church at 10:00 a.m. Interment, Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation, Wednesday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Large parking area & barrier-free entrance at the rear of funeral home.
