Concorde M. (Ledoux) Lachance, 93, of County St. Fall River, widow of Albert R. Lachance, died Thursday, November 27, 2008.
A graduate of Jesus Mary Academy, she was employed by the former Truesdale Hospital and Phenix Cleansers and was a St. Vincent de Paul Society, Notre Dame Parish store volunteer. She enjoyed reading, playing cards, bingo, knitting and trips to Foxwoods.
Survivors include 2 children Ronald R. Lachance and Madeleine D. Thiboutot and her husband Normand, all of Fall River; grandchildren Jeffrey A. Lachance, Peter Thiboutot (wife Jennifer) Brian Thiboutot, Marc Thiboutot (wife Stacey) and Amy Thiboutot; great-grandchildren Cory and Jordan Lincourt, Tiffany, Amber, Emily and Jonathan Thiboutot, siblings Paul Ledoux of New Bedford, Blanche Haws of Delaware, and Gertrude Ouellette of Somerset; nieces and nephews.
She was the daughter of the late Arthur and Marie Anne (Phenix) Ledoux and the sister of the late Normand Ledoux and Lorraine Lapointe.
Her funeral mass will be held Monday at 11:00 AM in Notre Dame Church. Relatives and friends are asked to go directly to the church. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery.
Visitation Sunday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM in the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
