Concorde (Talbot) Costa, 94, of Fall River, passed into eternal rest Friday, January 26, 2024 at Catholic Memorial Home, with her family by her side after a long battle with dementia.
She was the loving wife of the late Daniel Costa.
A devoted caregiver to her family, she treasured her time that she spent with them. Her hobbies included sewing, crafts, puzzles, singing in the choir, dancing and spending time watching her birds.
Her survivors include daughters, Marcelle Nunes and her husband John of Fall River and Linda Pavao and her husband Chris of Lakeland, Florida; a granddaughter, Rachel Duclos, her husband Michael and their children, her great-grandchildren Alex and Chelsea Duclos of Bethel, Maine;
The youngest of 13 children, she was the sister of Anna Chlebek of Fall River and the late Lawrence “Bob” Talbot, George Talbot, Cyril Talbot, Albert Talbot, Charles Talbot, Henry Talbot, Alcide Talbot, Lena Rounds, Irene Murphy, Juliette Fortier and Eva Martineau. She was the aunt of numerous nieces and nephews.
She was the daughter of the late Cyril and Odile (Lavoie) Talbot.
Concorde’s family appreciates and thanks the staff at Catholic Memorial Home for their excellent care.
Visitation will be held Monday, January 29, from 9:00 A.M. to 10:45 A.M. at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St.
Her Funeral Mass will follow at Holy Trinity Church, Stafford Rd., Fall River at 11:15 A.M.
Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery.
