Colette A. (Brault) Lapointe

Colette A. (Brault) LaPointe, 75, of Rolling Green Drive, Fall River, formerly of Arizona St., died Monday, May 22, 2006. She was the wife of Hector A. LaPointe. Born in Fall River, the daughter of the late Henri and Leda (D'Amour) Brault, she lived in Fall River most of her life. A member of ILGWU-UNITE, she was employed by Stella Ann Frocks for many years. She was a member of the Ladies of St. Anne Sodality of Notre Dame de Lourdes Parish, Association Francophone, the Franco-American Civic League and Association Canado-Americaine. Besides her husband of 36 years, she is survived by a brother, George Brault and his wife Mae of Acushnet; 3 sisters, Bernadette Gavin and her husband Ernest of Tiverton, Sister Madeleine Brault, SJA of Manchester, NH and Claire Medeiros and her husband Raymond of Westport, MA and aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Therese Brault. Her funeral will be held Friday at 10:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in Notre Dame Church, at 11:00 AM. Entombment, Notre Dame Cemetery Mausoleum. Calling hours Thursday 5:00 to 8:00 PM.
