Claudette J. (Durette) Firlit, 67, of Dighton, formerly of Fall River and Somerset, beloved widow of Robert M. Firlit and daughter of the Aime and Rita (Menard) Durette, died Tuesday, April 29, 2014.Devoted mother to Christine A. Rizza of Dighton and Michael R. Firlit of Swansea. Mmre to her much loved grandsons Robby Medeiros and Isaac M. Firlit. She was the family matriarch supporting, always loving and kind. Her quick wit and happy outlook earned the respect of everyone she touched. She was a CRNA at Clifton Geriatic for 22 years.She leaves siblings, Robert, Richard, Paul, Gerard, Donald, Marc and Dennis Durette, Janet Longo, Claire Rabbitt and Nanette Phillips and many nieces and nephews.Her funeral will be held Friday at 9:30 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at St. Patrick Church, Somerset at 11:00 AM. Burial, St. Patrick Cemetery, Somerset.Visitation, Thursday 4:00 to 8:00 PM.
