Clarence "Sonny" Millard

Clarence "Sonny" Millard, 79, formerly of Fall River, MA, died Monday evening at the R.I. Veteran's Home in Bristol R.I.. Clarence had been a resident of the Veteran's Home for over 20 years. He was the son of the late Clarence E. and Arline (Michaud) Millard. He leaves a cousin, Ronald Cloutier, of Chipley FL, and his guardians Barbara Saccucci Radebach and Richard Radebach, of Portsmouth, R.I. He also leaves the wonderful staff and residents of the Veteran's Home who have been his family for many years. Mr. Millard was a Korean War Veteran, he served as a PFC in the Marine Corps. In his youth he enjoyed fishing and was an avid sailor. His later years were filled with Bingo games, movies and enjoying the company of his many friends at the Bristol Veteran's Home. A service will be held Thursday at 11:30 A.M. in AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 S. Main St. Fall River. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation Wednesday from 3 to 6 P.M. at the funeral home. Donations may be made to the RI Veteran's Home Chapel Fund.
