Clara "Claire" (Ainsworth) Blackburn, 92, of Middle St., Fall River, widow of John E. Blackburn, died Monday, July 15, 2013. She was the mother of John Blackburn (wife Marylou) of Cary, IL, James Blackburn (wife Rose) of Tiverton, Carl Blackburn (wife Pat) of Graham, NC, Paul Blackburn (wife Diane), Elizabeth Blackburn (late husband Kenneth Cabral) and Carol Blackburn, all of Fall River, Beverly Frezza (husband Gene) of Westport, MA and the late Thomas Blackburn (wife Lori of Providence, RI) and Howard Blackburn; the daughter of the late Thomas H. and Mary (Walczak) Ainsworth; the sister of the late Walter and Thomas Ainsworth, Mary Paris and Florence Swiderski. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren including her caregiver Jessica Blackburn; 19 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and a caregiver Patrick Hudson.
