Clara Antaya

Clara (Arsenault) Antaya, 95, of Amity St., Fall River, formerly of Conant St., died Monday, October 16, 2006 at Saint Anne's Hospital.
She was the wife of the late Alfred Antaya.
Born in Fall River, the daughter of the late Joseph and Laura (Belanger) Arsenault, she lived in Fall River most of her life.
A member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union, now UNITE, she was employed by Advance Frocks.
She was a member of St. Anne Parish.
She leaves, a son, Roger Antaya and his wife Sarah of Davenport, Florida;
2 daughters, Suzanne Santos of Fall River
and Elaine Veloza and her husband Jeffrey of Westport, MA;
a sister, Anita Melanson of Fall River;
6 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Gertrude Forcier and Adrien and Albert Arsenault.
Her funeral will be held Friday at 8:30 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in St. Anne Church at 9:00. http://www.stanneshrine.com/

Visitation, Thursday 4:00 to 7:00 PM.
