Cecile R. Trial

Cecile R. (Francoeur) Trial, 90, of Westport, wife of the late Raymond A. Trial, passed away on Monday, January 29, 2018. She was a devoted catholic who watched mass on T.V. everyday. A piano teacher, she loved music and playing the piano. She was a great cook who was best known for her soup and fudge. She enjoyed time spent with her great-grandchildren.
She was the mother of Diane Jaillet (husband Paul) of Dartmouth, Denise Tobiaz (husband Steven) and Jeanine Desrosiers (late husband Steven), all of Fall River, Roland Trial (wife Vicki) of Westport, Roger Trial (wife Heidi-Lynn) of Los Angeles, CA and Paul Trial of Westport; the sister of Therese Paul of Little Compton, Jeanne Michaud of CT and the late Maryann Ferris, Ameila Charette, Theresa, Jerard, Ferdinan, Amie, Raymond, Donat and Albert Francoeur; the grandmother and great-grandmother of many and the grandmother of one late grandson; the daughter of the late Alfred and Rose (Ferron) Francoeur.

Her funeral will be held Friday at 8:30 a.m. from Auclair Funeral Home, 690 S.Main St. Fall River, with a funeral mass in St. John the Baptist Church, Main Rd. Westport, at 10:00 a.m. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Large parking area and barrier-free entrance to rear of funeral home
