Cecile St. (Magnant) Germain

Cecile (Magnant) St. Germain, 89, of Fall River,
wife of the late Leon St. Germain, peacefully passed away Monday, July 30, 2018, at Hathaway Manor in New Bedford.

She leaves three children, Renee T. Gaydou and her husband Raymond of Dartmouth, MA, Jeanne E. Freve and her husband Paul of Hudson, MA and Leon R. St. Germain and his wife Kathleen of Rehoboth, MA; six grandchildren, Rochelle, Jonathan, Julie, Rebecca, Crystal and Leon and many great-grandchildren. She was the daughter of the late Henry and Rose Magnant and the sister of the late Armand Magnant.

Cecile enjoyed knitting, crocheting, playing bingo and most of all, her family. She was employed for many years as a stitcher and an assembler.

Her funeral will be held Saturday at 9:00 AM from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at St. Joseph Church at 10:00 AM. Burial will be private.

Visitation, Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. Donations may be made to the Hathaway Manor Activities Fund, 863 Hathaway Rd., New Bedford MA 02740.
