Catherine D. "Bea" (Chandanais) Leblanc

Catherine D. "Bea" (Chandanais) LeBlanc, 86, of Fall River, went Tuesday, April 1, 2015, to be with her loving husband, the late J. Albert LeBlanc who passed 19 years ago on April 3, 1996, also during Holy Week. Bea was first employed by Berkshire Fine Spinning as a cloth inspector, then employed by Stafford Garment Mfg. and Trina, and was cashier and clerk for Marvel Clothing Outlet. Catherine was everything a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother should be, and was known for her kind, sweet and warm manner. She was everyone's mém&egravere, who loved spending time her family. She was the beloved mother of Albert J. LeBlanc (Odette Vieira)of Fall River, Geraldine Lambert (companion Raymond J. Henault) and Annette Andrade (husband Peter G.), all of Tiverton and Michael J. LeBlanc of Fall River; the loving mém&egravere of Kathryn Flanagan, Adam P. Lambert, Jordan P. Andrade and the late Jared J. Martel; the proud grand-mém&egravere of Riley David and Lexie Bella Flanagan; the mother-in-law of Paul Lambert and the late Marie LeBlanc; the sister of Joyce Melanson of Florida and the late Rita Gamble, Eva Jenkins, Helen Machado-Corgino, Evelyn Gagne, Anita Mae Lavoie, Aurore Gagne and James, Henry and Alfred Chandanais. The daughter of the late Theophile and Catherine (Griffin) Chandanais, she also leaves many nieces and nephews. Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at Holy Trinity Church at 10:00 a.m. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation, Monday, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. LARGE PARKING AREA & BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
