Carolyn Wills-Houde

Carolyn (LaFleur) Wills-Houde, 69, of 444 Wilbur Ave. Somerset, died Monday, May 16, 2011, at home with her family by her side. Formerly of Warwick, RI, and Swansea, she was the wife of the late Eugene F. Houde. and the daughter of the late Arthur LaFleur. A graduate of Durfee High School, she was employed by New England Electric Company, Brayton Point Station, as a production clerk. She retired in 1993 after twenty years of service. She was previously the co-owner/operator of Wills' Auto School in Fall River. In retirement, Carolyn enjoyed traveling, and wintering in Jupiter, Florida. She loved spending time with friends and family. Survivors include her mother, Georgiana (Furtado) LaFleur of Tiverton; 2 children, Robin J. Gardner and her husband Curtis, of Rome, GA and James E. Wills III and his wife Suzanne, of Clermont, FL; a sister, Darlene Levesque of Fall River; 3 grandchildren, Zachary E., Zoe Rae and Aliya L. Gardner; and 2 nieces, Jennifer and Heather Levesque. A funeral service will be held Saturday at 11:00 AM in the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River. Burial, Pocasset Hill Cemetery, Tiverton. Visitation, Saturday morning prior to service from 9:30 to 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Carolyn to; Tribute Giving Office of Development, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, 330 Brookline Ave. Boston, MA. 02215 LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
