Carol (Durfee) LeClair, 69, of Tiverton, passed away peacefully at Charlton Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, January 15, 2014. Carol was born in Fall River and was the daughter of the late Joseph and Edna (McGee) Durfee. She was the beloved long-time partner of Richard Correia of Tiverton. She is survived by her 2 boys, Stephen LeClair (wife Dawn) of East Freetown, and Robert LeClair (wife Carol) of Houston, Texas, and her 7 loving grandchildren, Justin, Lauren and Madison LeClair of East Freetown, Abby and Lyndsay LeClair and Sarah (LeClair) Williams of Houston, and Dr. Caitlin LeClair of Swansea. Carol had 2 dear sisters, Barbara (Durfee) Alosi (husband Brian) of Plymouth and the late Joan (Durfee) Grow. Other relatives include Susan (Grow) Legzdins (husband Harry) and their daughter Katherine, and Timothy, Jennifer and Michael Alosi. She also leaves many close friends including her lifelong childhood friend Rachel Price of Tiverton. Carol spent most of her career as a paralegal and a freelance title examiner until her passing. She devoted many hours to volunteer work in the local community, and was an active member of the Fall River Elks Lodge 118 and AMVETS Post 60. Visitation Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River. Cremation to follow. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
