Born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, she was the daughter of the late Joao Francisco Bernardo and the late Paula (Lofiego) Bernardo.

She was employed by Elbe Cesco Inc.

Carmen was a high spirited, caring woman who loved to cook for her family and a beloved mother of 3 sons.

She leaves behind 3 sons Wagner, Wilson and Wedson (wife Kimberly); 8 grandchildren Jessica, Wilson, Amanda, Samantha, Sarah, Madison, Isabella and Gillian; 3 great grandchildren Alexander, Sophia and Aiden.
