Carlton "Carl" Gagnon

Carlton "Carl" Gagnon, 85, of Fall River, husband of Rita A. (Chagnon) Gagnon, passed away Monday, August 22, 2011, at Crestwood Nursing Home, Warren, RI. A Navy veteran of WW II and a printer for forty years, he was a life member of the Fall River Lodge of Elks. Besides his wife of 64 years two children, Nancy Gagnon of Berkley, CA and Carlton G. Gagnon and his wife Donna of Las Vegas, NV; two grandsons, Kyle Patrick Gagnon and Joshua Taylor Gagnon; a sister, Rita Church of Connecticut; nieces and nephews including Lisa Schieri, his beloved Geri Schieri, and Vincent Schieri and his wife Brenda. He was the son of the late Emile T. and Annie S. (Comiskey) Gagnon, and the brother of the late Mary Paul and Thomas, Francis and Edward Gagnon. The family would like to thank the staff of Crestwood Nursing Home and Beacon Hospice for their comfort and support. His funeral will be held Friday at 10:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in St. Joseph Church at 11:00 AM. Burial, St. Patrick Cemetery. Visitation, Thursday 4:00 to 8:00 PM.
