Betty Ann (Stafford) Conboy

Betty Ann (Stafford) Conboy, of Fall River and formerly of North Falmouth, widow of Raymond W. Conboy, FRPD, died Saturday, November 8, 2014. A graduate of the former Thibodeau Business College, she was office manager at Mark Evan Products and the Charlton Memorial Hospital Gift Shop where she also volunteered. She was past-president of the Fall River Police Auxiliary and the Catholic Women's Club and Tour Coordinator and past-president of the Sacred Heart Seniors. She was the daughter of the late Elmer and Loretta (St.Amand) Stafford; the sister of the late Elmer Stafford, Jr.; and aunt of Jayne Duggan of Little Compton, RI and Berkeley, CA, William Stafford (wife Diane) of Bourne, MA, David Stafford (wife Maureen) of Lee, NH and several grand nieces and nephews. Her funeral will be held Friday at 10:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at Holy Name Church at 11:00 AM. Entombment, Newport Memorial Park, Middletown, RI. Visitation, Friday morning prior to the funeral from 9:00 to 10:00 AM. LARGE PARKING AREA & BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
