Berthe C. (Beauchesne) Dutilly

Berthe C. (Beauchesne) Dutilly, 92, of Mt. Hope Ave., Fall River, died Friday at St. Luke Hospital, New Bedford. She was the wife of the late Ernest W. Dutilly. A lifelong resident of Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Joseph O. and Rose (Cote) Beauchesne. A member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union, now UNITE, she worked in the garment industry for many years, retiring from Bedford Frocks. She was a member of the Ladies of St. Anne Sodality of the former Blessed Sacrament Parish and L'Association Francophone. She is survived by 2 daughters, Paulette Jameson and her husband Stephen of Newington, Connecticut and Vivian D. Carroll of Fall River; a brother, William J. Beauchesne of Fall River; a sister, Marguerite Boyer of Fall River 3 grandchildren, Emily Defrances, Rebecca Jameson and Nathan Carroll; a great-granddaughter, Ginny Defrances and nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Albert, Joseph A., Roland and Alfred Beauchesne, Maria Michaud, Marie Ouellette, Blanche Beaulieu and Irene Pelletier. Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 10:30 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in St. Anne Church at 11:00 AM. Entombment, Notre Dame Cemetery Mausoleum. Visitation, Monday 4:00 to 8:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA and barrier-free entrance at the rear of funeral home.
