Bertha Moquin

Bertha (Rondeau) Moquin, 81, of Somerset, died Monday, September 19, 2005 at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence. She was the wife of Francis X. Moquin. Born in Fall River, the daughter of the late John B. and Eva (Pare) Rondeau, she lived in Fall River most of her life and in Somerset since 1967. She was employed by King Phillip Mill, Fall River and also worked at Kimwell Nursing Home, Fall River and Clifton Nursing Home, Somerset, as a housekeeper. She was member of the Ladies of Saint Anne's Sodality and a member of the Council on Aging, Somerset. Besides her husband of 60 years, she leaves a daughter, Bertha B. Senay of Fall River, 2 sisters, Beatrice Furtado of Somerset and Eva Viens of Fall River; 1 granddaughter, 2 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She is the mother of the late Francis "Frankie" W. Moquin who was the twin brother of Bertha B. Senay. She is the sister of the late Henry Rondeau. Private arrangements are with the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main St. Fall River, MA.
