Bertha (Perrault) Michel, 93, of Carpenter St., Tiverton, widow of Lucien Michel, died Thursday, November 6, 2008.
A member of ILGWU-UNITE, she was employed by King Philip Mill and Floral Fashions. A member of the Ladies of St. Anne Sodality of Holy Ghost Parish and Royal Travelers, she enjoyed bowling, knitting and bingo and was a Red Sox fan..
She leaves 2 children, Lucille Raymond and her husband Donald of Somerset and Roger Michel and his wife Linda of Tiverton; grandchildren, Debbie Raposa, Lynn Thiboutot, Donald Raymond, Karen Turner, Kevin Michel and Kenneth Michel; great-grandchildren, Kelsey, Victoria, Renee, Thomas, Bryan and Rebecca; a sister, Doris Cayer of Somerset and nieces and nephews.
She was the daughter of the late Louis and Catherine (Jalbert) Perrault and the sister of the late Lillian Michaud and Louis Perrault.
Her funeral will be held Monday at 8:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in Holy Ghost Church, Tiverton at 9:00 AM. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery.
