Benjamin J. "Ben" Boudria, 79, of Rodman St., Fall River, husband of Diane "Dee" Boudria, died Saturday, June 18, 2011. A retired Fall River Firefighter, he was United Steel Workers of America Labor Organizer employed by General Bronze Corp., and was also employed by Westport Factory, Quality Furniture and the Leo Soares Bus Co. A member of the Knights of Columbus, Tiverton, he was a Navy veteran of the Korean War, also serving in the Massachusetts Army National Guard. Besides his wife of 37 years, he leaves, a daughter Nicole Boudria of Fall River; brothers-in-law and sister-in-law, Matthew and Kenneth Mowry and Frances Pacheco and their spouses; and many beloved nieces and nephews. He was the son-in-law of Harold Mowry. He was the father of the late Renee Boudria; the son of the late Benjamin and Mary (Baptista) Boudria; and the brother of the late Alfred, Albert and Shirley Boudria. His funeral will be held Tuesday at 8:30 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in Holy Trinity Church at 9:30 AM. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation, Monday 4:00 to 8:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home. Please omit flowers.
