Arthur J. Von Maluski

Arthur "Von" von Maluski, 86, a WWII Navy veteran, completed his mission in this world and went home to the Lord on Monday, April 8th. He was the husband of Geraldine (Delzenero) and proud father of seven children: Arthur (wife Helen, grandchild Drew), Lynn (husband John Force, grandchildren, Cari-Lynn Souza and Craig, great-grandchild Timothy Souza), Gay Von (husband Paul Kenyon, grandchildren Erica Bradbury and Jeremy Bradbury), Jay, Rev. Kris, Kevin (wife Tess, grandchildren Sophie and Alexis), and Kim (husband David Parenteau, grandchild Brandon Parenteau). He was the brother of the late Eugene von Maluski. Aka "AVON Psychic, Mystic, Medium, ESP Metaphysician," he was a scientific genius and most certainly a rare, humorous, and very colorful character. Despite a disabling mental illness, he provided for his family by hook or by crook, never having much, but never going without. The stories about his life escapades are unbelievable yet verifiable. He used his God-given gifts to bring joy, hope and love into the lives of so many people. The family wishes to thank the Med Tech ambulance drivers, the staff at Newport Hospital, and all his friends at the Grand Islander Center who treated him with love and dignity. Following cremation, a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Cross Church of Saints Peter and Paul Parish, 47 Pulaski St., Fall River, MA on Saturday at 10am. Burial will be private.
