Armand J. Ragonesi

Armand J. Ragonesi, 87, of South Kingstown, RI, formerly of Swansea, MA, died Monday, April 8, 2013. He was the husband of Doris (Thibault) Ragonesi, the son of the late Anthony and Mary (Corgino) Ragonesi and the brother of the late Ernest Ragonesi. A Navy veteran of WW II in the Seabees and Operations Manager in clothing manufacturing, his passion was breeding and racing Greyhounds. Besides his wife of 67 years, he leaves behind three living children, Armand E. Ragonesi of Florida, Claudia Ragonesi of Maine, and Richard O. Ragonesi of NH and one deceased son, Robert A. Ragonesi. Additionally, he leaves behind six grandchildren: Armand D. Ragonesi of Fall River, Christina L. Catelli of RI, Robert Ragonesi of Somerset, Melanie Delisle-Yentz of Fall River, Dr. Amanda Ragonesi of Washington State, and Marissa Ragonesi of Maine; five great-grandchildren; Jordan, Ryan, Brittani, A.J., Alexis; and six great-great-grandchildren Joshua, Quentin, Anthony, Presley, Triniti and Jude. Calling hours Monday, April 15, 5:00 - 8:00 PM at the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River. His funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 16 at 10:00 AM in the funeral home.
