Antonio L. Gervasio

Antonio L. Gervasio, 65, of Fall River, passed away Thursday, September 14, 2023. He was the husband of the late Nancy A. (Costa) Gervasio and was the proud father of the late Robert “Gvo” Gervasio, whom he adored.

He was a hard worker and he loved to tend to his garden and his flowers. He was a Porto Soccer and New England Patriots fan.

Antonio was loved by everyone, and loved to be with his faithful companion, Duke.

Born in St. Michael, Azores, he was the son of Maria de Jesus (Lopes) Gervasio of Fall River and the late Antonio Gervasio; brother of Mariana Gervasio Goncalo, Philomena “Fibbie” Gervasio Arruda and John L. Gervasio; He was the brother of the late Joe L. Gervasio.

He was the son-in-law of Guilherme and Irene (Medeiros) Costa; brother-in-law of James Costa, Ana Costa, Paula LeBreux, and Jennifer Sousa; and leaves many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Monday, September 18 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main St. Fall River. His Catholic funeral service will be held during the visitation at 6:00 PM.

Cremation to follow. Burial will be private.
