Annette L. (Pelletier) Arsenault, 90, of Canton Ave., Portsmouth, RI, formerly of Fall River, widow of Wilfred J. Arsenault, died Friday, May 7, 2010. Past-vice-president of The Ladies of St. Anne Sodality of St. Anne Parish, Fall River, she enjoyed participating in school plays and with the drill team. An avid seamstress and reader till eye problems caused her to focus more on TV where she became a daily follower of CNN and FOX News. She was always up to date with the world news and the politics of the day. She loved listening to her music and watching her Saturday night concert shows. She traveled to California on many occasions to visit her family then on to Hawaii also. She thoroughly enjoyed the time away but longed to return home to Rhode Island. She leaves 2 daughters, Anne Marie Burton and her husband Burney of Portsmouth, RI and Lisa Arsenault-Bunker and her husband Roy of Camarillo, CA; 2 granddaughters, Erin and Megan Burton both of Santa Cruz, CA; 2 nieces she considered like daughters to her, Denise Quinn of Assonet and "Margie" Lavoie of Fall River; 2 brothers, Vincent Pelletier of Spring Hill FL and Reginald Pelletier of Somerset; and many nieces and nephews. She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Louise (Corriveau) Pelletier and the sister of the late Noella Trahan, Edmond Pelletier, Pauline Costa, Rita Raymond, Donald Pelletier and Robert Pelletier. Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 8:45 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in St. Anthony Church, 2836 East Main Rd., Portsmouth at 10:00 AM. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation, Monday 4:00 to 8:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
